• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays.

• Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

 

During peak times or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

📦 Shipping Methods & Delivery

🧾 Different Billing and Shipping Addresses

If your billing and shipping address differ, we reserve the right to verify the shipping address before processing your order.

• If verification is needed, we will contact you by phone and email.

• If we are unable to contact you within two weeks of your order, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

• If verification is successful, we will proceed with the order as usual.

🚫 Incorrect and Undeliverable Shipping Addresses

If your order is returned to us due to one of the following issues:

• Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout

• Undeliverable or inaccessible location

• Refused delivery

• Missed required signature attempts

You will be responsible for both the original shipping charge and any return shipping costs incurred.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
You can use the tracking link provided or visit the shipping carrier’s website directly.

📦 Returns

If you decide to return an item:

• You are responsible for both the original outbound shipping and return shipping costs.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Weather, natural events, or carrier disruptions

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

📬 Damaged Shipments

If your item arrives damaged:

1. Take photos of the item and packaging immediately.

2. Contact the carrier to report the damage within 24 hours.

3. Email info@alkylatefuel.com with your order number and photos so we can assist.
