Thank you for shopping with Alkylate Fuel — we value your business and are committed to providing a smooth experience.

Return Authorization Required

We do not accept returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
To request an RMA and return instructions, please email us at:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Return Conditions

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging.
A 15% restocking fee may apply for items that are returned without meeting the above conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

Opened or used fuel products and fuel additives
Custom or made-to-order items
Any product that has been gassed or oiled, due to shipping safety regulations

Products that have been fueled or used must be taken to an authorized service center for repair or warranty service.

📦 Cancellations

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item, please follow the return process above once the item is delivered.

📦 Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

Contact the delivery carrier within 24 hours of receipt.
Email us at info@alkylatefuel.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage.

Please note: We cannot take responsibility for products signed for in good condition.

⚠️ Defective Products

Please inspect all packages within 30 days of delivery.
If a product is defective:

Email info@alkylatefuel.com immediately with your order number and a description of the issue.
Include supporting photos when possible.
